INTCH has been replaced by a new online application Wisconsin Online Record Check System (WORCS)
Register for a login account then click on the Authorized Users tab on the login page to submit a request.
Go to WORCS and click on the Forgot your password link on the Authorized Users tab. Complete and submit the form. A link to reset your password will be sent to your email on file. Click the link in the email sent to you. Verify yourself as a user and set a new password.
Yes, your login is the email account. Please create a new email account and follow the registration process. To be added to the existing billing account, please contact your account administrator to be added to the account.
Please contact your account admin and let them know that you have a new email. They are able to remove you as the previous user and add you as a user with the new email address.
If the new user is registered in WORCS then you can search for them on the Manage Users page. You can find this page under the Administration dropdown in the navigation bar. If they are not registered, you will need to ask them to register in WORCS first.
Log into WORCS and click on Manage Users in the Adminstration dropdown in the navigation bar. Select the user you want to change the permissions for and click the edit button. You can add and remove permissions accordingly.
Ask the new account admin to register in WORCS by clicking on the Register for a Login Account button on WORCS homepage. Once they are registered and are able to login, they should send the information to DOJ team to add them as the account admin to the billing account.
If you are a registered user, log into WORCS and click on the Submit New Request link on the dashboard page. Complete the required information and submit. You will be directed to the payment screen, complete the payment process and view results as soon as they are complete. If you are not a registered user, click on Submit Request on the Public Access tab on the login screen.
If you are a registered user, log into WORCS and click on Billing Account Request link on the dashboard page. Complete the required information and submit. A DOJ team member will review the application and approve or deny your account request.
If you are a registered user and have a billing account, log into WORCS and click on the Make a Payment link on the dashboard page. Enter the amount you want to pay and follow the payment process.
This link should take you directly to the Request Results page to view your results for that particular request.
The results are only available for 6 months from the date of submission. Any results submitted after the 6 month time period will have to be resubmitted.
You don’t have to pay again to view previous results. If you are a registered user, you can log in and click on theView My Requests link on the dashboard page. You will see previous requests within 6 months from the submission date.
If you entered a request as a public user who is not registered, you can type in the order number on your receipt into the Review Prior Search Results field on the WORCS login page. You will be taken to a page to view the results if they are complete. As a registered user, you can log into WORCS and click on View My Requests link on the dashboard page to view your requests.
